When you book, here is what happens next

• You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details.

• You will get a reminder email 24 hours before your session.

• Need to change or cancel? Please do so online at least 24 hours in advance. If something unexpected comes up, WhatsApp me and I will do my best to help.

On the day

• Step 1 — Arrive
  Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early and wait at the main entrance shown in your confirmation. If you need to arrive earlier, you are welcome to wait in the hall or use the toilet; just let me know by message.

• Step 2 — Message me to let me know
  Send a WhatsApp saying “I’m here.” Please do not ring other buzzers.

• Step 3 — I will meet you
  I will come down and bring you in when your session is about to begin. If I am finishing with a client, it will be just a moment.

• If you are running late or cannot find the door
  WhatsApp me. I will do my best to accommodate you. The session may be shorter to respect the next booking.
